Bioblitz at Abriachan starts Friday 27 May for 24 hours.  At 10.30 to 12 noon on Saturday, we will be collecting material from the forest to make lovely collages like those shown in the photos.  You will learn lots of interesting facts about red and squirrels and there are prizes to be won!!!

Join in with some or all of the 24hour marathon of finding and recording living things at Abriachan Forest. Fun, free, family events run through the 24 hour period with experts and enthusiasts on hand to help work out what we've found. There will be newt hunts, bat walks, mammal trapping, dawn chorus walks and much more...Starts with a BBQ at 5pm on Friday 27 May. Finishes 5pm Saturday. Phew!
